Daniel Reidenberg, Executive Director of SAVE, is humbled by the number of musicians and labels willing to partner on this project. “To have names like we do on ‘Hope, Volume One’ is incredible to me,” Reidenberg said. “These artists are willing to stand up and fight the stigma associated with mental illnesses and suicide, and to tell the world through music ‘we are going to do something positive about this’ - and that is the goal of this CD.”

Terami has written and contributed a new song for Cambiare Productions' upcoming collaborative performance piece, Transformations. The song, inspired by the poem "The Maiden Without Hands" by Anne Sexton, is along the same musical vein as Terami's side-project, Story of My Ghost. Cambiare Productions recently interviewed Terami, which can be read on their website, as well as here on The Breathing.
Transformations will begin its run starting February 1 to the 10th at the Salvage Vanguard Theatre in Austin, TX.
January 02, 2008 Happy New Year, everyone! 2008 is already shaping up to be a wonderful year for Terami. KGRL has listed her as one of the Top 10 Artists To Watch Out For In 2008:
"LA-based singer/songwriter Terami Hirsch is set to release a new CD sometime soon. Details are a bit scarce at the moment but judging by her previous releases, it is sure to be a winner. Terami's music is firmly rooted in the obscure - anything but conventional. Even the method of recording and producing the record is unconventional. Meditative and deeply cerebral are probably the words that can best describe her music."
